Körper und Gesundheit
Gesundheitserziehung in unserer Kita geht über Zähneputzen und Händewaschen hinaus. Wir bieten vielfältige Bewegungsanreize und gesunde Ernährung, um das Wohlbefinden Ihres Kindes zu fördern. Durch selbstständige Essensentscheidungen und kindgerechte Gesundheitsangebote unterstützen wir Freude an Bewegung und ein gesundes Körperbewusstsein.
Ernährung
In unserer Kita fördern wir durch ausgewogene Mahlzeiten und gesunde Snacks das Wohlbefinden und die Entwicklung Ihres Kindes. Unser Frühstücksbuffet, das Mittagessen und gesunde Zwischenmahlzeiten bieten den Kindern die Möglichkeit, sich nach ihren Bedürfnissen zu ernähren. Wir legen großen Wert auf Qualität und Genuss, unterstützt durch regelmäßig fortgebildete Küchenmitarbeiter, um eine gesunde Esskultur zu vermitteln.
